Maa Chandraghanta – Third form of Maa Durga Worshiped on 3rd Navratri

Maa Chandraghanta is the third Shakti of Maa Durga. Maa Chandraghanta is worshiped on the third day of Navrti Pooja. Those who worship Devi Chandraghanta get eternal strength and be blessed by Devi Maa to be happy through out one’s life.

Maa Chandraghanta - Third form of Maa Durga Worshiped on 3rd Navratri
Maa Chandraghanta is one Who establishes justice and wears crescent moon on Her head. Because of this bell shaped mark of moon which is present on the fore head of Maa Chandraghanta, Maa is known as Chandraghanta. The colour of her body is golden, she rides on lion who descrides “dharma”, possesses ten hands and three eyes, eight of Her hands display weapons while the remaining two are respectively in the mudras of gestures of boon giving and stopping harm. Devi Maa is posed as to be ready for war. “Chandra Ghanta”  meaning supreme bliss and knowledge, showering peace and serenity, like cool breeze in a moonlit night. By her blessings all the hindrances coming in way of a person are removed. Her pleasant looks clears all sorrows and sadness of her devotees. Her roaring voice alerts and makes the Demons to tremble.

In Durga Pooja the third day of Navratri is very important in Navaratri. This day the mind of the sadhak enters Manipura Cakra. At this stage by the grace of Maa Chandraghanta he becomes capable of seeing unearthly and divine things. He smells the divine fragrance and many types of divine sound become audible to him. On this day and in this stage of discipline the sadhak is required to be most careful.

By the grace of Mother Chandraghanta all sins of the sadhak (striver) are burnt up and obstacles removed. Her worship is instantly fruitful. She is always in a gesture as if ready to proceed for the battlefield and thus she removes the difficulties of devotees very promptly. Her vehicle is lion and so her worshiper becomes valorous and fearless like a lion. The sound of her bell always protects her devotees from evil spirits. As soon as the sadhak invokes her, her bell immediately becomes active and starts ringing to protect the devotee under her shelter.

31 Days : Idea To bring Miracle

“It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently."

Have you ever committed to doing something for thirty days and then reverted back to your old habits? I know I have, and I’m guessing many others have too!

My challenge to you is to decide what actions you are willing to weave into your life on Day 31 and after to pursue goals that are meaningful. This is when the magic happens. The changes don’t have to be drastic, just consistent.

Short-term changes get you in the game. Long-term shifts elevate the playing field. You have to decide where you want to play.

This idea of making a change came up during a recent coaching conversation with a client. He shared that he wanted to get back in shape and planned to work out everyday for thirty days and hire a trainer with the hopes of losing ten pounds (you can substitute working out for anything you want to shift in your life).

It always starts with an intention—and I like this one, as getting in shape aligned with the client’s value of healthy living. Your intentions and actions are much more powerful when they align with your values.

The question is what happens on day thirty-one, and thirty-two, and thirty-three, and so on? Do I think someone can work out everyday for thirty days or achieve any other short-term target? YES! Does the research suggest that the majority of people resume their old patterns once they hit an interim target? YES!

The challenge is maintaining the results you want after the thirty days or initial time frame is over. Then what happens when the trainer is gone?

My client and I focused on why he wanted to lose the weight, how that would make him feel, and what having more energy would allow him to do in his life (i.e. play with his kids on the weekend and be involved in their lives). The point is, my client wasn’t committing to working out just for thirty days but rather committing to a way of life and taking care of himself. That’s a very different intention.

He wanted to use the thirty-day period to jumpstart the project but realized that working out everyday wasn’t a viable strategy given his heavy travel schedule. Since he was only currently working out one to two days, and sporadically at that, he revised the goal to work out at least three days a week (anything more was a bonus and helped to build his confidence). This small shift helped him look forward to working out rather than seeing it as a chore and stressful. Once he successfully completed the month of three workouts per week (and lost five pounds), he built confidence, had more energy, and believed that he could keep going.

Being your best self is a lifestyle issue (a.k.a. Living in YOUR Top 1%) rather than a one-off fad. For example, if you practice a specific religion or being a vegetarian, that’s how you live everyday as opposed to just the days it’s convenient. The challenge for all of us who want real change becomes creating a sustainable set of rituals that we are willing to honor and put into practice consistently.

Life is one big party

Osho.... A person who changed definition of being spiritual. One who said that "Even a making a cup of tea can be joyful if it made being conscious.

Most of us live a programmed life & follow our basic instinct which make us automotive. We are in this global world surrounded from all social media keep our self updated by bit of every second. Monday to Friday live a busy scheduled life face many ups and downs. In this between we all try to find minutes for celebration by doing favourite thing either drinking musicing and many more

but

Is that bring celebration...

Why we do not feel celebrated doing every job. .. Osho said that people are living almost in sleep; Otherwise every fabric every cloth has its own beauty, its own feel, if you are sensitive then the clothing will not just to cover your body; then it is something expressing your individuality, Something expressing your taste your culture, and your being.

Everything that you do should be expressive of you ; Its should have your signature on it. Then life become a conscious celebration beyond enlightenment.

Tea Ceremony

The tea is prepared in a special samovar which makes beautiful sounds, a music of its own. And it is part of the tea ceremony that everybody should listen first to the music of the tea. So everybody is silent, listening...birds chirping outside in the garden, and the samovar and the tea is creating its own song. A peace surrounds it....

When the tea is ready and it is poured into everybody’s cup, you are not just to drink it the way people are doing everywhere. First, you will smell the aroma of the tea. You will sip the tea as if it has come from the beyond, you will take time - there is no hurry. Somebody may start playing on the flute or on the sitar.

An ordinary thing - just tea - and they have made it a beautiful religious festival, and everybody comes out of it nourished, fresh, feeling younger, feeling juicier. And what can be done with tea can be done with everything - with your clothes, with your food.

Time To Wake Up
People are living almost in sleep; otherwise, every fabric, every cloth has its own beauty, its own feel. If you are sensitive, then the clothing is not just to cover your body; then it is something expressing your individuality, something expressing your taste, your culture, and your being.

Everything that you do should be expressive of you; it should have your signature on it. Then life becomes a continuous celebration.

All cultures set aside days for celebration to break the mono-tony, so you’re not lost in sadness
True celebration should come from your life, in your life, not according to a religious calendar
Everything you do should be expressive of you; then life will become an ongoing celebration

Life doesn't worthy until we live it by own placed way. Sometimes we missed to implement our own commitments and try to find reason to hide that mistakes.
